so, just in case anyone forgot...this is for you. These pieces of horror still lie in the spot where 3,000 of our brothers and sisters died for someone else's, in another country, beliefs...

In case you forgot...
It's been seven years...I finally went to NYC for the first time in Oct, 2006 and coming from a rich family of soldiers and understanding the foundation of our country, I couldn't have gone w/o visiting the place where, for the second time since the we bacame a nation, was attacked on our continental land of George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, Ben Franklin etc... walked and fought for the United States of America. This time it wasn't World War II where we were brought into a platform of sending our troops to defend our freedom; It was our freedom that was taken from us. The freedom of flying w/o fear. The freedom to trust our own American borders. The freedom to believe the world is a better place than 100 years ago. I question this all the time.
so, just in case anyone forgot...this is for you. These pieces of horror still lie in the spot where 3,000 of our brothers and sisters died for someone else's, in another country, beliefs...

Hardy...Here we come!!! I didn't realize how much I missed Smith Mountain Lake. It's been 2 months. WOW!! We sooo had beautiful weather and on top of it all, we got to share it with wonderful friends. Bryson and Kathy got hitched and had a wonderful lake reception to celebrate their unity. Did I mention that incredible sunset?!!! You can see for yourself.
